Pride
Cultivar Information

Year introduced = 1972

History
'Pride' was released in 1972 by B. Fry of the University of Georgia. 'Pride' was selected from the cross Georgia 19-13 x USDA 19-11.
Comments
'Pride' was not trialed extensively in this test because it had such poor fruit flavor that it was immediately deemed unacceptable. 'Pride' also often had chlorotic leaves, perhaps due to magnesium deficiency. I do not recommend planting of 'Pride' for any use.
